How Can I Cancel My Order?

You can also call our number at (865) 200-2434. Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday-Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
How Do I Make Changes To An Order I’ve Already Placed?
If you need to make changes to your order, please email info@ancientlorevillage.com or call (865) 200-2434. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday to Sunday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm Eastern Time. Note, that once an order has shipped, no changes can be made.

When Will My Order Ship?
Your order will ship within 72 hours from when we receive it.
Can I Track The Status Of My Order?
Absolutely! Once it is shipped, we’ll send an order confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that to look at the status at any time.
Where Do You Ship?
We ship to the continental United States, which includes all of the states except Alaska and Hawaii.
Do You Ship To PO Boxes Or APO Addresses?
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
What Are My Shipping Options?
Our preferred shipping method is UPS.
Do You Offer Expedited Shipping?
Yes, but it costs extra. When you order, we’ll apply additional to the total.
What Do I Do If I Never Receive My Order?
Sometimes it takes longer than expected to receive your order because of unforeseen circumstances. However, if you have not seen it within 14 business days, please send an email info@ancientlorevillage.com or call (865) 200-2434. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday to Sunday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm Eastern Time.

We accept the major credit cards, Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover.
How Do I Purchase A Gift Card?
You can actually find gift cards on our online retail store. Simply add it to your cart and complete your purchase. Gift cards may be used online or at Ancient Lore Village in Knoxville, TN.
My Discount Code Didn’t Work?
We don’t offer discounts.
Do You Offer A Student Discount, Military Or Veteran Discount?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer discounts.
Returns & Refunds
How Do I Return An Item?
If you would like to make a return, simply fill out the item return form on our website. Then, ship the product to the following address:

How Long Does It Take To Process A Return?
It typically takes 30 days from the time we receive the returned items.
Is There A Fee For Returning?
There is no fee for returning, but you will have to pay shipping and handling costs.
I Have Purchased Something Online, Can I Return It In-Store?
Yes, if you want to pay us a visit at our physical location, we will make sure to get you taken care of.
What Items Are Non-Returnable?
We accept most items, but unfortunately, those that have been used, washed, or damaged may not be returned.
My Package Arrived Damaged, What Should I Do?
We are sorry this happened to you. Please give us a call at (865) 200-2434 to report the damaged item.

I'm Having Trouble Signing In To My Account, What Should I Do?
If you have trouble logging in, make sure you have the username and password correct. If you have forgotten your username, click where it says “Forgot Username” at login. This will take you to a field where you can enter your email address so we can send the username to your inbox. If you have the wrong password, click where it says “Reset Password,” and you will be directed through a series of steps to obtain a new password.
Do I Need To Set Up An Account To Make An Order?
You do not need to make an account to purchase! If you would like to create an account to keep your information saved for future orders, on the login page, click “Create New Account.”

Do you have any physical locations?
We do have a physical gift shop. It’s at Ancient Lore Village, which is also a boutique resort and event venue. You should pay us a visit sometime! The address is 7107 Sevierville Pike, Knoxville, TN 37920.
How Do I Find The Right Size and Fit?
Our T-shirts run standard fit. Whatever size you wear normally should be right for you.
